Rob has a unique background that combines retail operations management and HR professional. Rob balances business objectives and HR strategies through a pragmatic approach resulting in positive cultural impact, successful business outcomes, leader development and employee empowerment.In his current role, Rob has directed as many as 6 HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition team members with the responsibility for deploying HR services to individual lines of business. Rob has led strategic HR efforts in improving the employee experience with outcomes directed at fostering a culture of trust and equality. As a Business Partner, Rob has partnered with senior leadership to optimize capacity through integrated talent planning, assessment, development, and deployment processes that align to business goals. Throughout his career, Rob relishes the opportunity to help people reach their highest potential and believes great leaders are made through sound coaching and feedback. While not every aspect of the human psyche can be accurately quantified, Rob is keen in using data analytics to identify trends on constructs such as manager effectiveness and attrition intentions. In addition to work experience and degrees earned, Rob studied Industrial Psychology and worked for a pre-employment assessment organization where he consulted HR managers on appropriate testing methods for IT talent. Rob is a People Analytics enthusiast.
