Digital Platform Lead - Cloud - Development
The primary role of the Digital Platform Lead, is to manage both Python back-end development and DevOps/Cloud teams as one highly functional team to efficiently deliver projects, and also maintain a high level of operations. As Platform Lead, the responsibilities included driving standards, encouraging innovation within the team and to constantly question our ways of working to deliver a highly resilient, highly functional Serverless and container based Digital Platform in AWS. Cloud Platform Lead
As part of a larger digital transformation team, my primary role is to lead a high performing team of six to initially build and then deliver solutions to our new AWS Serverless Cloud platform. Spanning multiple domains, our focus is architecting, deploying and supporting a resilient event-driven platform in an ever changing environment. As lead, my role is entrusted with delivering a high standard of operational excellence, owning the road map and governance for the platform with a lense on cost, ensuring CI/CD pipelines operate effectively, as well as encouraging innovation as new technologies evolve.
