As an aspiring weightlifter, rugby player, and exercise science student, I have a strong interest in strength and conditioning. I have particular experience with training division one college athletes in sports such as football, hockey, rugby, volleyball, basketball, along with many other sports. Additionally, I have had a lot of experience personal training younger athletes who ranged between many different ages and sports. I also have some experience with powerlifting. My specialties include strength development, muscular endurance, hypertrophy training, speed training, and sport specific training. I plan to further my education and strength and conditioning knowledge by attending graduate school to focus on biomechanics. Thus, I will pursue a career in sports biomechanics.
