Over 30+ year career in diverse higher education environments, including 17 years as the Vice President for Student Services, managing six residence halls, eight college properties, four apartment complexes consisting of thirty-three college apartments, and sixty-three off-campus apartments, and responsible for recreation/intramurals, summer camp facilities, and student center. I provided the strategic direction and leadership for all aspects of Student Life areas: Campus Ministry, Career Services, Counseling Services, Health Services, Intramurals, Maintenance and Housekeeping, Residence Life & Housing, Student Activities, Student Center, Student Conduct, and Summer Camps and Conferences. These positions allowed me the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students, assist with student retention, address difficult student/family situations, and lead major campus events, including new student and family orientation, residence hall openings, registration, convocation, open houses, summer camps and conferences, and commencement.
