Leading a team of dedicated property professionals we have delivered many new stores including; Colchester Stanway, Ely, Kings Lynn, Hertford, Stamford and many others. Delivering new supermarkets through land acquisition and development agreements and dealing with all commercial negotiations, the legal and planning process and eventual handover to the construction delivery teams.

Search and acquisition of land for hotel development, through both direct development and development agreements with real estate investors including both agreements to lease and franchise contracts. Notable achievements include securing under a franchise with Arora Hotels a new 5* hotel Terminal 5 Heathrow, Novotel Paddington and Novotel Edinburgh Park.

Working for one of London's leading mixed use developers with responsibilty to advise the business on all aspects of the commercial elements of the mixed use schemes including; Configuaration of units, appraisal, legal structure,enfranchisement, disposal strategies. Identifying tenants and prelets and subsequently disposing of completed and let schemes to property investors. Achievements include the commercial elements at Charter Quay Kingston, Imperial Wharf Fulham and Metro central Heights. Major lettings to M&S, Whitbread, Scottish and Newcastle, Borders, Esporta health Clubs, Nandos. Investment diposals to Pears Family Trust, Lasalle Investment Managers and other funds.
