I have worked in the Customer Service Industry for about 10 years ranging from Customer service, Back officer, Team leading all the way up to leading a company. I have worked primarily with Australian Customer service but have also experience working in Call Centers in the Philippines (My current role is managing people in the Philippines working from home).With the years of experience working in different positions and locations under my belt. I am able to adapt to many types of environments and pressures without causing misunderstandings due to cultural difference, environment or age.I am very open minded in many aspects of whatever role I am in. I accept constructive criticism from those above and under me. I give up time to help anyone struggling, I pass all my knowledge to those willing to learn and I excel at keeping the moral and passion up within the workplace!
