Directly responsible for all Quality functions on the term maintenance contract. Owner of the QMS, Quality Plans, Inspection Test Plans (ITP), Quality Audit schedule, NCR process, including correction, corrective actions and TQ process (Initiate and close out)Responsible for all quality functions across the contract (Mechanical, Fabrication, SIP, E&I), integrity registers and integrity-related issues across the contract, managing defect registers and subsequent performance management and traceability of all materials and quality related activities on the contract.Responsible for store functions, material checks, certification, consumable checks and levels.Responsible for the release of assets for commissioning through the client's INS process and calibrating and recertifying measuring equipment, welding equipment, and lifting equipment (through the riggers).Reporting pertinent to the work scope (Mechanical, Fabrication, Blast, Paint, Lagging, F91 and vendor). As part of a larger manufacturing team, my role as Production Supervisor is to ensure all parts and weldments that are varying in a range of completion make it to their next stage of manufacture in a timely and cost-efficient manner without any compromise to quality. My role is to directly influences all cladding, welding and fabrication operations with a smaller part to play in pre and post-machining of components. A secondary part of my role is an involvement in QC stemming back from the fact that I was the QC Welding Inspector/NDE Coordinator. I have particular interests in safety at all levels of the business and am an ISO 9001 (2015) auditor, to support my safety aspirations in am partaking in NEBOSH general certificate (Exam Dec 2015). Starting with heavy fabrication/construction of sub structure moving on to decks and tie ins and finally pipe work using various materials such as Nickel Alloys and Super Duplex in a multlitude of positions including 6G.
