As the Construction Superintendent at First Key Homes, I oversee the renovation and maintenance of single-family rental homes across multiple markets, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. I also collaborate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and satisfaction. Previously, I was the Chief Executive Officer at Pecora Brothers, a family-owned construction company that specialized in custom homes, commercial buildings, and historic restorations. There, I led the strategic vision, financial performance, and operational excellence of the company, as well as secured and managed large contracts with clients, architects, and engineers. I have a Master of Business Administration degree from St. Bonaventure University, with a focus on accounting and finance, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication and media studies from the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford.
