Each day I ensure that the food offered to the students is of superior quality. My position is responsible for overseeing the day to day dining operations at Cranbrook Schools. In addition to oversight of all P&L and budgeting, I manage and lead a team of employees as well as client relationships. I work with the chef and management team in creating nutritious and top quality food for the students.I act as a liaison between Chartwells the school administration, staff, students and the community.
