CPT from American Fitness Institute, ACE GFI, in the industry for 9 years, and also TRX Certified. I've worked at multiple gyms with clients of all sorts ranging from high school and college athletes to the elderly. I have a long history working with school aged children as well, both for physical fitness and day camps/after school programs. Today I head my own brand Determination Nation which highlights the motivation behind a healthy lifestyle both mentally and physically! I am also Director of Adult Fitness/Management at Ultimate Obstacles, an OCR/Ninja Warrior style fitness facility. I love helping people grow inside and out and showing them fitness can be a friend.
