Building maintenance, records keeping for all building operations, routine rounds hourly to check on servers.

• Provide facilities assistance in client offices as requested via the helpdesk. • Manage minor moves. • Carry out minor furniture repairs, general joinery, minor flooring/carpet repairs. • Hang white boards & pictures as necessary • Liaise with facilities helpdesk and client with regards to ongoing jobs as necessary. • Liaise with sub contractors as necessary. • Sort and deliver post each morning and collect and frank post as necessary each afternoon, ready for collection by Royal Mail. • Check meeting rooms daily and configure as necessary for meetings. • Ensure supplies for meeting rooms are replenished as necessary. • Check water coolers on a daily basis and order and replenish supplies as necessary. • Ensure water coolers are regularly cleansed. • Fill photocopiers as necessary and change toners. Ensure supplies are maintained. Responsible for call out of engineers when necessary. • Responsible for collation and ordering of stationery requests and deliver as necessary. • Ensure all deliveries are logged and signed for on collection from staff member. • Arrange couriers as necessary and provide reports as requested.
