The Workforce Housing Alliance is, a 501(c)(3) non-profit housing organization that provides a free housing service to HR Directors and Business Owners to find dependable, accessible, safe housing for their employees It also provides free education to the public or employees for 1st Time Home Buyers and Seniors. Our public education division provides information to Baby Boomers and Seniors and Veterans through our seminars, websites and public events. Our real estate division provides continuing education to real estate agents and builders on mortgage topics including the new reverse mortgage purchase program with no monthly house payments after the downpayment.

Currently along with my volunteer work with the Workforce Housing Alliance, I am now with Willow Bend Mortgage, one of the nation's top Reverse Mortgage Companies.I enjoy working with Baby Boomers and Seniors to eliminate a mortgage payment on their current home, or have no mortgage payment on a new home. The no payment equity produced by a reverse mortgage can be used for investments to achieve financial security in the senior's future. As Regional Manager, I am looking for senior reverse mortgage advisors to help baby boomers and seniors in LA,MS,TN,AL & FL.

In the three year period with Liberty, I was able to save many widowers from losing their homes after losing a spouse, or a spouse that became disabled or un-employed. Also, I was able to obtain finacial security for many seniors setting up a home equity line of credit to access their home's equity. I helped several seniors relocate to a new home with no monthly house payments using the reverse mortgage purchase program. I look forward to many years in this industry helping baby boomers and seniors with home and financial security.
