My role at GPC was to assist with the 365-migration project while also providing BAU support for corporate and branch staff. I was required to partake in project meetings and act as a conduit between level 1-2 support and the 365 project team. I was also required to report back to the service desk manager to assist the team with managing/mitigating issues post project implementation. In between project work my time is spent bolstering the support teams by assisting to close tickets and helping to keep workloads under control.

Clayton, Melbourne

My role at DuluxGroup was to provide 2nd level support for all company sites within Australia, New Zealand and PNG. Support was provided across a wide variety of business units such as Dulux, Selleys, Yates and B&D. My role was based at the Clayton office supporting clients working either on site or remotely. I was responsible for ensuring all clients receive timely resolution of tickets within the agreed SLA whilst serving as an escalation point and mentor to service desk staff.

My role at ASG (NRI) was to provide onsite 2nd level client facing and remote support. I was responsible for ensuring our clients receive timely resolution of tickets within the service level agreement, providing daily system reports and completing approved system changes. During my time at ASG (NRI) I had worked on client sites such as Sustainability Victoria, Prime Minister and Cabinet, Vodafone and Tax Practitioners Board with full time assignments at FutureFund and United Energy.

My previous role at Porter Davis Homes was to provide first and second level support across the business. I’m was one of the primary internal contacts for all inbound IT support calls. My objectives were to provide assistance with IT projects as well as develop new processes to enable efficiency within the IT department. The position was based at the Dandenong office with some travel required to the company’s other offices located in the city and the western suburbs.

My role at Careers Australia was responsible for a wide range of IT related duties,including end-user support, hardware and software maintenance. I was one of the primary points of contact covering first and second level for all IT support calls within the organisation. The position was based at the Melbourne Training Centre and requires additional travel to other state training centres as needed. The role also required remote support for training centres based around the country.

My role at BMW was to provide support of the desktop environment for all head office personnel as well as support of the national dealer network in relation to BMW applications. I was responsible for ensuring minimal downtime for all essential IT resources such as the computing equipment, software and telecommunications systems designed to assist in delivering BMW Group targets.

My role at ETM Group was to manage the companies IT department as well as the multimedia department. This was a split role that required both support of IT and Multimedia based projects, reporting directly back to the company directors. My key responsibilities were to provide daily management and support of IT systems whilst working on various Multimedia projects on an as needs basis.

My role at Boral was to provide 2nd level IT administration and support services to the Victorian / Tas-manian region, supporting a wide variety of internal business. My key responsibilities were to ensure maximum up time for business critical systems while adhering to SLA’s with constant reporting to a remotely located head office in Sydney. During my time at Boral I worked on a number of enterprise projects such as SOE3 Project Horizon and numerous server, hardware and software deployments.
