I've been involved in Property Management for 20+ years. Over the years, I have managed and overseen portfolios of both commercial and residential properties as well as co-ops, condos and HOAs and ensured all operations run smoothly. In addition to the management of staff and crew, I've also been responsible for the accounting, reporting, collection of rents/monthly dues and attending legal proceedings, when necessary. I've conducted routine inspections for preventative maintenance purposes and to mitigate any risks along with drafting budgets, overseeing maintenance and CapX projects. Furthermore, I'm always staying up to date with the market trends and setting rental rates at market value. I am an excellent communicator, both oral and written. I'm hyper-organized and have an extreme attention to detail. My specialities include project management, managing teams and people, time management, vendor and tenant relations, leasing and marketing as well as hospitality. I always look for creative ways to generate and save income.I am most passionate about traveling, writing, photography, hiking, fishing, golf and live music. And, of course spending time with my wife, Shelly and two daughters Stella Blue and Zana.
