Offline programming using Sprutcam, Mazak Camware and Mastercam. Either from drawing or directly from self generated or customer supplied 3D models. All models are created in solid works and are normally accompanied by full engineering drawings. The generated cnc program is then downloaded to the machine and run by either the operator or myself to prove out and acquire first off status. Any modifications to the original output that may be required are noted and quickly remedied. Surface speeds and feeds are also adjusted if necessary to achieve the best possible efficiency of the manufacture of the part.
