As CoverGo's Marketing & Sales Operations Manager, I am tasked with generating demand for CoverGo and it's products by delivering targeted content and overseeing sales pipeline management and activities across the globe. I am continuing my normal digital marketing activities while expanding the scope of the sales and marketing operations, streamlining our data-driven sales cycles and supporting it with the demand generation and remarketing necessary hit our lofty targets.

As Digital Marketing Manager, I help manage all digital channels for CoverGo, drafting the content, and getting my hands dirty with all the technical tasks necessary to keep things alive and connected. During my role, I have significantly improved the marketing infrastructure, fixed tracking issues, and delivered strategies that helped our content output. I helped to instill digital marketing and sales best practices among the team and trained them on particular tool sets, including the full implementation and configuration of the company's Salesforce CRM system.

Initially developed the content & SEO strategy for Statrys, the role grew larger as the team added developers and designers, allowing for a full rebranding of the company. I began getting involved with product development and live services while continuing our content and SEO strategy. Developed end-to-end user analytics for the Statrys platform and marketing automation.

Handled all digital marketing outgoing content and managed the CMS. During my role I began email automation efforts that tied in with Hubspot for a very formidable SDR email outreach automation. Participated in rebranding of EventBank to Glue Up and migration to new website and CMS. Managed global events for Glue Up, including participating as speaker and host for monthly workshops and demo days.

Known as Rocketbots at the time, I managed entire marketing and sales teams, including administrator of marketing stack and CRM. I was also in charge of live services within the respond.io platform. Supported AI team with AI training and APIs. Began respond.io public documentation and training tools for new user onboarding.
