Maintain the administration of the Windows Server environment. Reimage or repair desktops.•Perform cross-compatibility testing of patches, service packs, and hotfixes atop current desktop image.•Conduct quality assurance testing of base images.•Provide level two and three problem resolution for desktop related software and hardware, •Receive, document and respond to incoming requests promptly. •Work with user to better understand the nature of the issue•Conduct research, Apply diagnostic utilities to aid in troubleshooting and determine cause of issues•Documents and maintains procedures for equipment installation and configuration support
