Responsible for total contract oversight; to include execution of all contract deliverables, daily operations, management and responsibility for all 379 staff members on site, maintain $22 million annual budget. Additional duties include, regular communication with government representatives regarding all relevant technical information to ensure full contract compliance; extensive transition duties, recruitment and staffing. Weekly meetings with senior management staff to discuss overall program; oversee subcontractor performance; review testing books/calibration logs regularly; and review daily reports from Terminal Managers. Have demonstrated experience building collaborative teams across organizational boundaries to support business solutions; listens to and understands customer expectations and concerns, and assures customer project is being executed effectively.

Manage and reconcile program budgets, monitor overtime percentages to ensure profit margins remain as bid.

During the course of my Law Enforcement career I held various positions with varying degrees of responsibilities, including; Patrol, Violent Crimes Section, Traffic Unit, In-service Training Coordinator, Range Master, Recruiter.

During my enlistment I served with the Marine Detachment USS Long Beach; 1988-1990, responsible for the security and protection of special weapons and weapon systems. 1st Battalion 7th Marines; 1990-1991 deployed to South West Asia for Operation Desert Shield/Storm in its entirety.
