Instituted Management Staff Assistance Visits to districts to bring consistency to District operations. Developed an administrator’s guide to management support.

Managed a DoDEA employee morale survey resulting in several immediate changes (such as implementing a DoDEA Wellness Program-subsidized health club membership, metro subsidies, and cafeteria renovations) and long term recommendations including leadership training.
