-Assist the Manager of Data Analytics with enhancing and refining the existing reporting portfolio to optimize current reports, decrease information redundancy, and increase efficiency of report delivery-Gather, manage, and report on a variety of data populations to assist in preparing and presenting accurate and meaningful findings to multiple groups within the organization-Partner with and support the project management team during financial month end close process inclusive of accrual calculations, job costing and budget variance analysis-Manage models for reporting-Perform frequent ad hoc requests and special projects analyses to support various internal and external stakeholders-Assist in the development, analysis, and management of bid pricing and forecasting models

• Under the direction of the Associate Executive Director, the Camp Counselor will coordinate and implement both structured and unstructured camp programming to engage youth and provide opportunities for youth and teens to succeed, develop leadership skills, and foster healthy growth. • Oversee a group of campers weekly. • Attend and oversee field trips with campers. • Provide opportunities for youth and teens to develop & strengthen academic, physical, and social skills. • Connect youth with caring adults, consciously engage non-engaged program participants and be impactful leaders to our youth. • Provide clear leadership to youth and teen participants/members by consistently supervising activities, confidently identifying boundaries, communicating rules and educating and supporting youth on acceptable behavior. • Attend staff meetings and trainings as scheduled and required. Support Leaders/Directors in implementation of meetings and trainings. • Adheres to YMCA program standards regarding safety and risk management. • Act as representative of the Corona Norco Family YMCA at all times. • Supports other Y staff and volunteers by building strong relationships using Y tools, such as Listen First, in all interactions. The Y: We’re for youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. • Conveys information on the Corona-Norco Family YMCA charitable initiatives. • Builds strong relationships and rapport with members and helps them connect with each other and the YMCA. Encourages member involvement and identifies potential volunteers.

- Demonstrate teamwork to ensure customer satisfaction and a pleasant working and shopping environment- Provide friendly and efficient customer service by demonstrating sincerity, patience and respect in all customer interactions and by thanking customers for their business- Greet customers in a genuine and friendly manner throughout the store and assist them by escorting them to products, loading/unloading heavy items and helping them to retrieve out of reach items- Anticipate customer needs; effectively communicate with them and respond to questions and resolve issues in a timely manner to strengthen customer loyalty- Oversee front end operations to meet or exceed sales, profit and labor goals through effective cost control, labor efficiencies, excellent service and shrink control; ensure front end cleanliness, maintenance and sanitation- Determine work priorities and task lists to consistently maintain adequate front end conditions- Ensure prompt, accurate customer check-out and front-end associates adhere to company policies, as well as local, state and federal laws/regulations- Train, monitor and coach associates on all front end policies and procedures including proper handling of product, tender and coupons, scanning error procedures and price checks to reduce shrink and waste- Communicate pricing and signage discrepancies to the pricing coordinator- Provide back-up coverage for the service operations manager in their absence (excluding hiring and discipline)- Gain/maintain thorough knowledge of checkout transactions policies and procedures, operations and bookkeeping: complete voids, refunds, daily exception reports, perform cash tender pickups, coin canister exchanges, till/coupon audits per company standards- Assist with front-end functions (e.g., checkout transactions, stocking, bagging, cart collection and cleaning)
