As Head of Housing with Maryhill Housing Association, I was responsible for the operational management of all aspects of tenancy and estate management including Income Collection, Allocations, Anti-Social Behaviour and Community Regeneration.I had responsibility for the management and development of forty staff including the Housing Teams, the Community Regeneration Team and the Neighbourhood/Concierge Service.

As Area Housing Manager, I was responsible for the operational housing management of Radian properties across eleven key local authority areas in the Solent and Avon regions.
