OPERATIONS MANAGER- CHICAGO MCOPCO (2012 – 2013)• Manage 24 restaurants and four consultants in the North/West suburbs of Chicago; achieved exceptional results based on overall performance scorecard ranking in 2013: In January of 2013 overall performance was ranked number 31 in the United States and ended the year ranked number one in the Central Division out of 25 Operations Managers and number two in the United States out of 63 Operations Managers.

FIELD SERVICE CONSULTANT- CHICAGO REGION, MILWAUKEE (2009 – 2011)• Consulted to six different McDonald's Owner Operator organizations.• Managed the successful deployment of Restaurant Order Proposal in the first two Co-op’s within the Chicago Region; worked with leadership to cascade learning’s and put together a deployment plan for the remaining three Coop’s.• Managed five acquisitions and restaurant sales for Owner Operators and McDonald’s USA, LLC.• Developed a template for new Business Consultants to complete a business review using the business review application.
