• Promote and market Motorola video products and services within the assigned territory• Support Motorola’s sales activities in the assigned territory by creating, nurturing, and responding to sales opportunities for products and services• Support the Regional Sales Director in establishing quarterly and annual sales objectives for the assigned territory• Conduct sales calls, schedule local promotional work, and track sales activities with channel, end user and distributor opportunities using lead and project tracking software databases• Source, qualify, and manage: VADs (Value Added Distributors), Integrators, and VARs (Value Added Resellers)

• Follow up on sales leads and referrals• Develop and maintain product knowledge• Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific sales targets and opportunities• Participate in marketing events, such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events• Operate as the lead point of contact for sales matters between the Company and the customers• Prepare a variety of status reports, including sales call activity, closings, follow-ups, and adherence to goals• Present and sell company products, services, and solutions to current and potential security system integrators and distributors• Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff

• Manage website content input and edits• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability• Ensure cross-browser capability and small screen integrity• Develop and maintain websites for Slightly Mad and clients• Plan site architecture, modifications, and improvements for client websites

• Conduct audits of program applicant files• Monitor and track key program metrics associated with the grant• Assist applicants with completing application forms for the program• Communicate current and updated policy requirements to applicants as needed• Respond to applicant questions/phone calls regarding the status of their application• Conduct in-person meetings with applicants to explain the disaster housing program• Review and verify all required application information and documentation from the applicant• Investigate/confirm grant awards and ensure that all required documentation is completed to the program standards

• Complete payroll audit queries to confirm accuracy of all changes/updates• Maintain proper authorizations for all changes to ensure records are accurate and up-to-date• Enter all HR/Payroll changes such as new hires, terminations, benefit enrollments and changes, direct deposits, employee taxes, garnishments, and general deductions

• Investigate and resolve simple to extremely complex problems • Reconcile 941 and 940 employer tax forms with payroll reports• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients• Provide support to clients with number of employees ranging from 50 to 1000• Work in fast paced call center environment to answer questions regarding payroll• Confirm garnishments, 401k, union dues, etc are being calculated and deducted properly from employees
