Responsible for managing the relationship and performance of a third party wholesaler, delivering optimal food supply chain performance to 500+ Target stores from multiple ship points. Drive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for transportation, freshness, quality, safety and other end to end supply chain areas, while leading and supporting company initiatives and projects. Regularly engage in cross functional partnerships with Target HQ teams, store leadership teams and the 3PL leadership in order to improve processes and performance for both businesses.

Strategically planned and lead the daily operations of 8+ exempt and 150+ non-exempt personnel in coordination with multiple work groups within a 1.5 million sq ft regional distribution center and Target HQ. Coordinated, developed and implemented plans and programs to support company supply chain initiatives. Analyzes and measures the effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of operations and performance management; and providing management and analytical support to meet operational goal and objectives.
