Coaching for the largest endurance training program in the world. Team in Training is the largest fundraising arm of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. As the coach I'm responsible for developing and executing the 16-20 week (varies with the season and events) training program. I typically coach two seasons (teams) per year. We train people to complete a marathon or half marathon and they in turn raise funds for the cause of finding a cure for blood cancers. I do this as a volunteer.
