 Production of all Management Information (MI) for the Specialist Holidays Group (SHG) which was formed following the merger of TUI Travel’s Ski Division and Specialist Division Development and delivery of a robust MI strategy to provide consistent, relevant, useful, accurate and universally accepted data to all parts of SHG on a timely basis Leading a team of seven MI Report Writers to prepare sales, trading and cost base reporting including daily trading analysis, Board level summary reports, operational reporting for in-resort functions, Activity Sector’s trading information requirements, creation of department specific dashboards and ad hoc information requests Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of the weekly KPI pack covering all brands in required detail Guiding delivery of key development projects, managing requirements specification, supplier selection and on time high quality solution delivery Managing supplier relationships in order to assess and select MI solutions which meet business objectives Developing and maintaining key relationships with the commercial teams across SHG, Sales Director, Online Director, MDs and FD to determine and deliver against regular MI requirements Building an in depth understanding of each business area, business interdependencies and Group objectives in order to translate stated requirements into relevant MI  Using a deep understanding of data quality and source data systems to deliver accurate and insightful information in accessible and easy to use formats Continuously checking, challenging and improving data to optimise commercial insight Working closely with the business to develop methods of distributing management information on a timely basis
