I am a freelance consultant, coach and trainer specialising in leadership, education, learning and technology, including artificial intelligence. After 30 years of successfully teaching in, and leading, schools and trusts, I am lucky to have opportunities to work and consult, in many different sectors including public, private, charity, trade union and university. I train and coach leaders at all levels from middle to CEO. My training is delivered with an ethical lens and I am most interested in how leaders get the best of the people that work with them in organisations. My degree in psychology and my master’s in education has given me an endless fascination in people’s behaviour, how we learn and how technology such as AI might help each of us to be better leaders.Fellowships and memberships:I am a fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching (FCCT) and a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and Manufacture (FRSA).
