Currently employed as a Project Manager / Services Delivery Manager for Novitex Enterprise Solutions acting in a contractor capacity at the Department of Justice (DOJ) in Washington, DC. In this capacity, my major responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of the client contract, re: employee / client relations, employee litigation, environmental regulatory guidelines, communications technology, violence in the workplace, team leadership, security, records management, keep operating costs at a minimum, billing processes, developing a budget, cost estimating, copy center production, mailroom operation, mail scanning and document processing for multiple sites, including Denver, CO, Washington, DC, and Landover, MD.I report all daily activities to the DOJ Contracting Officer Technical Representative (COTR) and Novitex senior management, working directly with the DOJ COTR to track the progress of all client initiatives. I recruit and provide initial training for necessary and relative professional functions / positions at the Department of Justice and ensure Novitex Internal / External employees comply with DOJ standards. Prior to joining Novitex, I was a Senior Records Manager for Document Systems, Inc., at the Department of Justice from January 2004 to July 2005. My responsibilities included managing the DOJ’s records department and involved the administration of duties to include developing schedules, technical training, and quality control, creating charts and schedules, recruiting and projecting, budgeting and monitoring results of operations. Acted as a customer liaison between subcontractor and primary-contractor.I was granted a top-secret clearance in November of 2007 and was awarded the Pitney Bowes/Novitex Pinnacle Club Award of Excellence in October of 2007. I also have experience in understanding and documenting a wide variety of document information systems and analyzing and designing internal control systems.
