The Solution Services Development Manager is responsible for (managing a team whose responsibility is) the delivery of targeted solutions under contract to customers. This person will be responsible for the design and delivery of custom solutions for customers throughout the world. A strong emphasis on design quality and customer focus is required. This individual will also perform programming tasks related to the development of customer solutions. This individual will assist project teams with technical issues in the Initiation and Planning phases of our standard Project Management Methodology. These activities include the definition of needs, benefits, and technical strategy; research & development within the project life-cycle; technical analysis and design; and support of operations staff in executing, testing and rolling-out the solutions. Participation on projects is focused on smoothing the transition of projects from development staff to field staff by performing operations activities within the project life-cycle.This individual is accountable for the following systems:o Linux and Windows systems that support GIS infrastructure; Linux, Windows and Application systems that support Asset Management; Responsibilities on these systems include System Administration (SA) engineering and provisioning, operations and support, maintenance and research and development to ensure continual innovation.o Security and Surveillance systems including; CCTV, IP HD, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Fire Alarm and Audio; Responsibilities on these systems include SA engineering and provisioning, operational support, maintenance and research and development to ensure continual innovation.

The Branch Manager for the assigned geographic area will be responsible for the development, growth, and management of all TSI business. This includes sales growth, customer development, and business management. The Branch Manager must have the ability to become knowledgeable of their assigned region including:• All TSI products and product lines• Understanding the marketplace and potential for each product• The capability of the existing TSI organization• The competitive arena he/she will be operating inThe Branch Manager will treat this region as if it were his/her business and is responsible for input on marketing as well as product development that will support increased sales, improve inventory turns, and exceed profitability goals.TSI requires an individual who can identify potential deals and develop the tactics and teams needed to bring them to fruition. This individual will need to actively lead the business development function in an effective, aggressive manner. This individual will also be expected to be a contributor to the management of the company as a whole, and as a member of the senior management team.
