I have created, built, sold, merged and financed over twenty-five companies. I now focus on developing infrastructure projects worldwide. Ryan Project Funding, LLC (“RPF”) is headquartered in the Washington, DC area, but has representative offices and projects worldwide. RPF specializes in organizing small to large-scale infrastructure projects in Developing, Recovering, and Developed Nations whose infrastructure is aged and failing. RPF is focused on projects that will result in economic stimulation and job growth through infrastructure development that has a positive environmental and humanitarian impact on a nation and its people. In all of the projects RPF organizes we adhere to the 17 SDGs of the UN. Typical projects include affordable housing, renewable energy/environmentally clean power, water treatment facilities, waste to energy systems, landfill remediation, communication facilities, smart cities, refineries, pipelines, smelters, oil and gas production facilities, CO2 to clean transportation fuels, environmentally sound biodegradable plastic replacement, airports, cruise and cargo ports, roads, tunnels, bridges, hospitals, fixed and mobile clinics, schools, passenger and container ships, industrial plants, manufacturing facilities, hotels, resorts, and tourist facilities.All projects must be environmentally sound and be beneficial to mankind in general and, in specific, to the country in which the project is located. To achieve the project goals, we will structure the logistics to meet project needs and we will work to meet future requirements for additional infrastructure projects. Our project advisory services are being used on projects as small as 25 Million USD to well over 500 Billion USD.
