My role included sourcing clients and identifying their needs. Then managing their project from start to finish. This involves multiple point liaison with our architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, and local authorities while also handling customer relations throughout. I was completing regular site surveys of clients properties in London and the surrounding areas. I had to manage multiple client’s priorities and deadlines.

I supported a qualified electrical engineer to provide power to all BT telephone exchanges. This involves maintenance of generators, air conditioning units, lighting, and invertors. The first year of NVQ and BTEC work passed and completed.

I was given a route in Piccadilly Circus (W1J) which I completed over 100 parcels per day for 4 months (Single Drop)

I joined John Lewis as a Christmas temp and was one of the 3 from 22 to be offered a full-time contract. I left my role in early March to go traveling.

Miisee is a small e-commerce company that sells cosmetics through different online channels. My role included customer service, purchase negotiations, admin duties using Microsoft office, packing and distribution.

I represented a range of charities and companies doing residential sales, initially as a sales representative and then as a core leader managing a small team of sales reps. Companies represented included the RSPCA, British Red Cross, UNICEF, Abel & Cole, A Shade Greener (Solar Energy) and Field and Flower. I had to research each product fully uphold these companies’ high standards to achieve a new customer base for them. I gained experience of building rapport and presenting to people from a wide range of backgrounds every day and ran sales and team building impacts and lead my own sales team, coaching people with mixed sales experience to be able to earn a living on 100% commission.
