I am a Christ follower, father, sports enthusiast, pilot, and consummate business improvement specialist! I have been involved in multiple industries throughout my career. Industrial packaged gases is the love of my “business” life however, real estate development and construction would be a close second. Somewhat like the Chevy Chase movie, “Fletch”, I have or currently hold multiple licenses to areas of specialization to gain a competitive edge or to fulfill a certain business requirement. Included are Life & Health, Property & Casualty insurance licenses. Insurance premium financing regulated by TDI. I am a Private pilot, scuba diver, and trained water treatment specialist as well as environmental soil sampling and remediation technician. I am a public speaker from time to time on oilfield waste and reuse objectives and enjoy hearty conversations centered on business performance initiatives. My passion however is the industrial packaged & cryogenic gases distribution sector. My family and I successfully built a multi location distribution platform over 30 years and subsequently sold our firm to a Fortune 50. Within the packaged gases space I was fortunate to create a consolidated billing firm focused on national accounts dealing specifically with industrial gases. Currently, I am building four distinct business units vertically integrated within the packaged gases industry under the name, American Industrial Gases. They include a traditional welding supply and industrial gas distribution fill plant and sales organization. A boutique financing alternative for independent distributors across the country seeking other sources of financing for their businesses from cylinders, bulk tanks, automatic filling equipment to cash out refinance options to enable fast execution on opportunities that come up from time to time. AIG Asset tracking & Delivery platform. Lastly, my partners and I offer closely held family business consulting and options available to families seeking liquidity events as part of their wealth management strategy. Many family businesses find it difficult to transition from 1st to 2nd generation and many others find it nearly impossible to transfer from 2nd generation to the 3rd or 4th due to many complex issues from taxation to career advancement. I along with my partners are dedicated to providing solutions in many ways to achieve your specific family goals. I welcome the opportunity to talk to you personally. I am a graduate of Texas A&M University with a BS in Business Economics and have completed 70% of an MBA through A&M as well.
