Scoped, planed, executed, estimated and managed large T/A projects with integrated capital planning and execution including FCC’s, Reformers, etc. assuring safety, quality, cost and schedule. Managed the engineering, procurement, planning, execution and commissioning of a Pressure Boiler relocated from Eagle Point Facility in Westville, NJ

Responsible for development of rental/sales application of pumps, hoses and fittings for WWTP, water handling, product movement, chemical wash and other industrial services.

Responsible for managing, planning and executing maintenance activities including in house and contractor forces for maintenance, emergency outages and reliability projects.

Responsible for managing the T/A Department and T/A planned and emergency events including safety performance, budgeting, scoping, planning, scheduling, integration of capital projects, quality performance, productivity and execution. Units included FCCU, HFAU, Reformers, HDS, Hydrocrackers, Crude Units and others ranging between $1MM and $150MM and.

Responsible for plant wide reliability maintenance and capital projects including Turnaround support for Point Breeze Refinery.
