Depending on where I am on the schedule is what I do for the day. I throw trash, I wash dishes, I drop all the fried foods, I make the sides, I make sure all the food on the line is up to temperature, I take customers orders, I cash out the customers, I run orders out to customers, I make sure my work area is always clean or at least completely clean before my shift is over, I have to deal with time management and working on multiple items at once. I've done almost everything at bill millers except management.
