The common thread has been project management, or also known as getting stuff done! I have been very fortunate to have been able to gain opportunities that range from event planning, social media marketing, talent recruitment, to strategic talent acquisition and advocacy. All fall under the extensive umbrella of Project Management.Some key project accomplishments that I’ve executed include:2257 model paperwork audit of over 15 years of shootsOrganized, planned and executed company’s presence at several different adult industry events; AVN Awards Show, Transgender Erotica Awards XBIZ, along with several othersPandemic; spearheaded quality assurance video audits for several 3rd party channels that drove a constant flow of content ready to go and be published on the website which created updates when production was shut-down due to the PandemicAs a writer, a feature I wrote for the “TS Seduction” Channel was recognized and nominated for several industry awards.I truly enjoy all aspects of Media production, both pre and post production. I love the fast pace, seeing the impact of my work and contributions but most importantly seeing a final production completed beautifully. Getting stuff done does require a certain level of empathy, collaboration and organization. However, it also requires creativity, of which is key to my approach.
