For the European Apple business unit I have initiated a program and created a framework for the development and sale of Apple solutions to SME channel partners via an e-commerce platform. I lead the program and work closely with Marketing, Sales and various specialists in 14 countries, and also with Apple, Microsoft, Adobe and some Saas B2B suppliers. In addition, I manage the introductions and process optimization/coordination for several European suppliers, including Jamf.

I managed a team responsible for the sales of Apple hardware and developing and implementing new services to support the Apple partner channel. Together with DLL, I initiated an operational lease program and successfully introduced a European trade-in program for Apple hardware in the Netherlands, exceeding sales targets. In addition, I initiated and developed several partnerships with SaaS B2B vendors.

For the retail oriented MCC organization I developed and implemented an integrated Telecom/IT B2B strategy, in collaboration with TD SYNNEX, the later owner of MCC. For this I developed an online (sales) program and conducted an intensive campaign, including marketing activities for telecom adoption in the TD SYNNEX IT partner channel. My responsibilities included managing a small B2B team.

At MCC, the largest mobile telecom distributor in the Netherlands, I held budget responsibility for category management and marketing of smartphone brands such as BlackBerry, Huawei and Sony. My achievements included several successful launches in the partner channel and meeting my growth targets in the emerging, but highly competitive smartphone market

I launched a business integrating high-end audio/video and home automation systems in luxury homes, including high-end home cinemas. We transformed technically complex installations to user-friendly home entertainment. In doing so, we positioned ourselves in the emerging smart home market.

Specialist in DVD productions and multimedia projects, guiding companies in the transition from VHS to DVD. Starting up as a front runner in a completely new (digital) market, we were able to conclude contracts with various film companies, including Paramount Home Entertainment.
