Since we are independently authorized as a part of Ricoh Netherlands, it gives us the possibility to combine the advantages of a big multinational with the short lines and flexibility of a smaller organisationBesides the several printing solutions we offer and which often lay as the basic for a co-operation, the additional value is also in the variation of document solutions, which help the customer with optimization and automation of the business processes. The solutions to these processes start in the shape of a MFP, scanner or plotter, but go on with the integration of automation software like digitale invoicing - the goal is to work together more efficiently with lower costs My roll as accountmanager is to think along with the customer and eventually find the right solution on the area of printing-, document and IT solutions.
