Direct the warehouse receiving, storage, selection, and shipping merchandise in the mostefficient, economical and safe handling of products possible. Provide training, performancestandards and evaluations to employees and lead group meetings. Manage productivity andattendance of staff of 70+ employees.

Manage the production aspect of the Truss Plant including, but not limited to, productionquotas, facility maintenance, safety, profit, inventory, personnel, and scheduling.Mentor/train upcoming Manager Trainees on efficient and effective plant operations.

Responsible for learning all production, management, and supervision operations of theTruss Plant. Completed company management training program.

Mentored male cadets in grades 7-12. Managed summer school cadets in theirliving quarters and daily activities on campus. Guided individuals to uphold the Academy’soverall mission concerning Academics, Military Traditions, Athletics, and SpiritualDevelopment.

Resource Planning Management – Trained and worked in all departments of the Academy togain insight on the operational aspects of a non-profit organization.

Team member of grounds crew responsible for upkeep and beautification of campus groundsand Academy residential staff housing. Directly involved with contributing to a safe andhealthy environment for all who are on campus.
