• Responsible for oversight of a Category X airport cargo security compliance and enforcement program encompassing a team of six inspectors. Plan, develop, implement, administer, and evaluate aviation security inspection.
• Represent TSA as senior technical point of contact.
• Review and analyze assessment reports and testing results identifying unusual trends that appear to have potential for developing a significant cargo security problem.
• Provide management oversight and analysis of inspections and investigations, assigned work, set priorities, reviewed and evaluated work and performance of six employees.
• Investigate security postures of regulated entities regarding current threat streams, vulnerabilities, and security gaps that exist within the aviation and freight forwarding community
• Conduct analyses of applicable regulations for violations for adjudication of administrative, civil and/or criminal cases as well as cargo security programs regarding compliance, covert/overt testing, investigation.

• During this time period I was promoted from G-band (GS-11) to H-band (GS-12) to I-band (GS-13), encompassing 12 different airports (Category X, I, II, III, IV) providing the experience to becoming a dynamic.
• Managed and conducted evaluations of security procedures for 2 international airports servicing over 25M passengers and over 95M pounds of cargo enplaned annually. Led, instructed, and performed inspections on over 164.
• Served as an On-the-Job Trainer and Associate Instructor.
• Supervisory oversight for department's administrative budget with 4 divisions; Cargo, Aviation, Surface, and K-9.
• Served as Lead Inspector and Special Programs Coordinator, organizing and managing inspection programs while working with stakeholders to develop and implement improved security procedures.
• Directed implementation of both the Aviation Screening Assessment Program (ASAP) and the Cargo Security Assessment Program (CSAP).
