Account management of small, medium and large customers across Australia. Maintain & develop new business opportunities in the Industrial Refrigeration/Air conditioning, Automotive, Oil & Gas, Stockfeed, Crop Protection, Agriculture, Building & Construction, Water Treatment Chemical Cleaning & other Industrial segments. Develop sales strategies and key account plans, Follow-up order processing and delivery of products to achieve the DIFOT target with key customers, Work closely with all relevant Product Managers, Customer Service, Logistics & Transport to maintain the highest industry standard in delivering products to customers to their full satisfaction, Close coordination with the Credit Team to make sure payments are on time from customers which will complete the sales process.

-Respond to general shareholder queries/requests through written correspondence (postal mail and e-mail) using SCRIP as well as over the counter enquires.-Correspond to deceased estates queries/requests advising Probate requirements for Australian and International residents. -Prioritise work to ensure it is completed within turnaround time (4 working days for written requests, 24hours for e-mails)-Work as part of a team, assisting team members, sharing information new-Respond to enquiries using company database, internet, microfiche and archived records.

-Provision of a pre-flight information service to pilots by phone and facsimile.-Acceptance and correction of flight plans by telephone, facsimile, or electronic access and distribution over computer database to other units within Australia and Internationally. -Dissemination of weather and aviation information, as required -Providing a Search and Rescue alerting service as required
