I am a Health and Wellbeing Manager, specialising in Health and Wellbeing strategic projects, occupational health & hygiene, return to work and injury management. My career began in the Injury Management field, working both in the insurance sector and then into the employer space. On realising my passion for employee wellbeing and finishing my degree in psychology, I then expanded into health and mental health management. Over the years I have developed an ability in merging my experience of Injury Management, Employee Wellbeing, my background in Psychology and Project Management, to foster a holistic and modern approach to understanding and addressing injury, health and wellbeing matters in the workplace. I have a genuine care in positive employee experience, in the business strategy & mission, and in finding effective solutions that serve both well.
