I'm an experienced hotel professional skilled in leading all hotel teams including Engineering, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Guest Services and Sales. I have excelled in full service, select service, and limited service extended stay properties. I have brought improved financial performance and guest satisfaction results in each of the properties I have led. I am passionate about developing teams and training staff to optimize their job knowledge and potential. My approach has always been hands on. I don't believe in managing from behind a desk, but prefer to get involved in every aspect of the hotel. My goal is to create a guest focused culture with respect among all team members.
