Have you ever been shopping and bought that graphic tee, pair of pumps, or any product on impulse because you felt it was made just for you? Are you looking for talent to help develop new products or improve existing products to increase revenue and gain market share? Does your company want to increase profitability through creative sales, marketing, and efficiency initiatives? This is the feeling I create. These are the skills that I bring. This is what I can do for your company. My previous experience has been to envision my employer’s goals and utilize its talent pool to solve problems and develop pragmatic and profitable initiatives. My role has then been to sell the executive team on these initiatives for quick implementation, and initiatives I develop have a history of quick and successful implementation. Think of me as the conductor of an orchestra working in concert simultaneously with every section (department), their principals (department heads), and musicians (teams in each department) in order to work harmoniously and efficiently. I am able to understand and communicate the needs of the executive team, engineers, marketing, and other departments without the individual technical knowledge in order to create a viable product. My broad skill set includes: project management, product management, event management, business development, sales, product development, risk management, marketing, strategy, and implementation. My strategies are built on identifying and mitigating paint points and critical points of failure from the onset. My experience has includes but is not limited to consumer packaged goods (FMCG and durables), technology, software, transportation, food and beverage, and healthcare industries. I can lead, follow, work independently, with a team, and everything in between. While I have run my own small business the last handful of years, I am winding it down in order to change careers and focus on doing what I love. I miss the big projects, problem solving, teams, workshops, and mentors. Running my own business was simply a detour in my career aspirations.Willing and able to relocate and travel for the right opportunity
