• Facilities Management of 3 University of Sydney sites, including student accommodation, teaching and administration buildings. • Maintenance coordination, including compliance, preventive and inspections.• Equipment and contractor procurement and asset management. • Contractor management, including managing and writing new service contracts.• Supervising contractors, including cleaners and maintenance. • Project manager tasks include initiation, development, implementation and coordination. Including quote & contractor tendering, financial budgeting and stakeholder reporting. • Facilities Projects in General building maintenance and refurbishments, Capital works, Resource management, Waste Management, preventative maintenance and WHS• Active member in the WHS committee.• General facilities tasks; security, key management, Chief fire warden, opening and closing procedures.• Events management – organising 5 student, staff and community events annually.

• Working with the Campus Manager to ensure the day to day running and management of the Sydney Campus. The Sydney Campus has around 800 student and 50 staff daily.• Management and Coordination of all Facilities Management services, including proactively maintaining records, contractor management and managing departmental/client relationships.• Working with the Sydney Campus Manager and National property manager on campus development and construction projects and administration, including liaising with tradesmen and regulators.• Coordination of projects with multiple departments on a national level, including supervising project staff. Projects include National College Open Days, Marketing events, Educational projects, WHS projects and equipment and services procurement.• Contract negotiation of National services, such as Secure Document management, cleaning services and clinical medical waste management• Work Health and Safety officer and committee member. Ensuring the campus meets all the WHS regulations• Sourcing and purchasing of plant equipment and facilities services within a budget.• Building Fire warden duties, including training staff on Emergency Response• Sydney Campus timetabling and room allocation management• General facilities tasks, including Opening and closing procedures and supervision of the cleaning staff.• Further Professional Development in WHS, maintenance, First Aid and frontline management.
