Developing marketing plans and assisting SealMaster franchisee's in the United States to increase business with state D.O.T's and local municipalities. This includes training of sales personnel and increasing product knowledge to result in increased sales by gaining exposure to the target market. Other duties include assisting on sales calls with sales staff and educating engineers about SealMaster products to be used on road projects. Additional responsibilities are to achieve presence on all State D.O.T qualified products lists and to have SealMaster products and equipment specified for projects and purchasing at all government levels. Attending national trade shows and involvement with associations to gain brand name recognition is another goal.

Market, develop and increase customer base in California by signing on new clients which is mainly focused on large government contracts. Introduce the product line to Engineer firms which result in products to be specified into projects. Increase market share in California in both private and public sector.

Customers included all City, County, State D.O.Ts in Southern California as well as Asphalt Contractors, Loop Contractors and Crack Fill Contractors. Meet annual sales goals, budgets projections. Provide customer service training for clients as well as be involved in trade associations that meet monthly. Attend trade shows and assist in specification writing for product placement. Conduct product demonstrations.
