Bob is a Director & Controller of Structured Securitizations at Guggenheim Partners working on various types of asset securitizations. Prior to joining Guggenheim, Bob was a senior manager in PwC's National Professional Services Group for over a year, where he specialized in technical accounting issues impacting the Asset Management industry. While working in PwC's national office, Bob focused on numerous areas, including: consolidation, fair value, loans and investments, transfers of financial assets, and IFRS issues impacting asset management. Bob also followed FASB and EITF projects impacting the asset management industry. Prior to working in PwC's national office, Bob was an audit senior manager in the Asset Management practice based in New York, where he served PwC’s hedge fund, private equity fund, and RIC clients. His client experience included a full range of investment funds, and ranged in size from registered investment companies with assets under management below $2 billion to large hedge funds with more than $10billion of assets under management and large institutional private equity companies with over $50 billion of assets under management.During his time in PwC's national office, Bob co-authored technical accounting thought leadership pieces, which are linked in his profile.
