Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.Receive packages for all residents through ups, usps, fedex and other independent shippers.Log all packages online and notify residents that their package has arrived and is ready for pick up.Monitor all complaints by residents with constant updates to prperty/building manager.Assist residents into units if locked out, with luggage or groceries, with any immediate complaints like noise, suspicious activity, and maintenance emergencies.Perform a minimum of two or more patrols around property if needed.

Answer all incoming calls to front desk and direct them as needed.• Sign in all guest and print ID badge for the property for the day.• Maintain crowd control within the main lobby.• Perform patrol duties, interior and exterior, within assigned areas.• Trained to handle emergency situations effectively; medical emergencies, acci-dents and other threats• Experience in managing security systems, monitoring all activity on site usingPTZ camera and other still cameras.

Implement improvements to gain efficiency in materials movement and storage.• Oversee all materials movement from recipient to final storage location whileoverseeing all receiving functions to maintain a smooth flow.• Perform and log weekly stockroom audits.• Receive all packages for the day, unload and store products.• Send out all out of date product (transition), to factory stores when directed.• Send out packages that are ship-to-homes for paying customers over the phone.

Maintain complete and accurate inventories.• Oversee and assist with set up of stand.• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of stand making sure all company standardsare met.• Train and supervise all stand employees.• Log all inventory at the end of each day within the stand.
