As the H&S Operations Manager my role is to influence and implement group policy and drive forward the management systems within both training providers. Leading a team of 4 H&S Officers and a H&S Coordinator to ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of employees, learners and visitors within over 55 centres and to support employers/placement providers to provide safe places of work and placement for learners.
