Managed a Secure File Transfer (SFT) System utilizing a platform called MOVEit. I designed, built, tested, and monitored secure B-2-B file transfer solutions primarily between the Card Services line of business (LOB) and external partners. Files were transferred over the Internet via encrypted tunnels, negating the need for costly dedicated circuits. The MOVEit environment consisted of a set of secure, redundant Windows server clusters in the Bank of America perimeter security network. The architecture was a two-tiered firewall with DMZ.

Served as Project Manager for the MBNA to Bank of America technical transition initiatives as a result of the acquisition. Key focuses were the Authorizations System migration, the Data Center consolidation, and the Perimeter Security Network (PSN) transition projects.

Served as project manager for Bank initiatives resulting from major mergers/acquisitions and corporate buyouts; oversaw the development and delivery of technical and business solutions to meet multiple concurrent deliverables and critical initiatives in key technology sector areas, including telecomunications and distributed operations.Simultaneously functioned as the technical project manager and overal project manager for technology sector and infrastructure projects. Directed the execution of network management, LAN support, premise distribution, and telecommunications related to project implementations.Also served to foster partnerships between Card Services lines of business (LOB's) and the technology sector, operating as the primary point of contact for project information, support, coordination, and control. Coordinated project planning, initiation, business requirements definition, scoping, acceptance testing, and implementation.
