Having previously held senior positions in both the corporate and charity sectors, now using those skills within the education sector, and accumulated significant experience of leading operations within Multi Academy Trusts.Draws on passion and experience of being a school governor and trustee of a children’s hospice, to focus on leading the provision of efficient and effective operations across the Trust and ensuring that the organisational structure and allocation of Trust resources strengthens and supports our school leaders drive to improve life chances for children and young people.Despite a strong finance background, believes that people are an organisations greatest asset, and delivers through leading, developing and motivating large teams.
